Branding and sales material for a condominium in Vancouver, Canada. Inspired by the phrase 'Naturally Intelligent', the design makes use of infographics and callouts to highlight intelligent design. The wrap cover opens up to reveal a luxurious gold interior housing the brochure.


Luxurious living
Elegance and luxury are key in this brand experience. In a highly competitive market, The Park was completely sold out within just months of opening.


Naturally Intelligent
Taking cues from the brand essence 'Naturally Intelligent', infographic style elements were included to reinforce the concept and communicate key sales information.

Sales Centre
The Park sales centre brings the brand to life in a spatial experience. Designed to feel airy and luxurious, the space uses high gloss panels and lettering to mimic the brochure and create a sense of elegance.
