Learnings from a management training program led by subject:RESOUL were turned into a booklet for door2door managers. The booklet highlights best practices and outlines various activities to support new (and experienced!) managers in leading a team.
Writing and designing the booklet offered not only a chance to create some fun visuals, yet also the opportunity to reflect upon the course and further develop my own leadership skillset.
